Acceptance
By browsing this site or asking the desk to reserve a seat, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. We may refuse a booking that would ask us to polish a vanity metric or to pretend a vendor console is the syllabus.
The house and the site
Platform Packetcore is a teaching practice. Pages describe programmes, fees, and methods. Fees on the site are informational. No payment is taken through this website. A confirmation note from the desk, not a checkout screen, creates a contract for a sitting.
Intellectual property
The writing, syllabus structure, Signal Packets questions, and visual design of this site belong to Platform Packetcore unless a credit says otherwise. You may keep notes you produce in a sitting about your own product. You may not copy the Packet Ledger modules, redistribute recordings (there are none), or republish house critiques as your own framework. Student event dictionaries remain the student’s; we do not keep copies after a sitting unless you ask us in writing to retain a redacted extract for correspondence.
Student work and confidentiality
Work brought to a sitting is treated as confidential. Other students in the nine-seat room will hear enough to critique; they are asked not to carry another organisation’s schema out of the room. We cannot police every notebook. Do not bring material you are forbidden to share.
Conduct
Sittings are quiet rooms. Harassment, recording without consent, or using the house as a sales call on other students will end the seat without refund beyond what the refund page already allows.
Liability
Programmes are education, not implementation services and not regulated financial, legal, or data-protection advice. Outcomes depend on your product, your pipeline, and whether anyone at your organisation will change a schema. We do not warrant increased revenue, improved retention, or a prettier chart. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the United Kingdom, Platform Packetcore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data arising from use of the site or from a sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Site availability
This site is a static publication. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Linked third-party images and fonts are provided by those services under their terms.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Contracts already confirmed in writing follow the terms in force on the confirmation date unless both parties agree otherwise.
